I rarely write product reviews, but I absolutely love this monthly planner. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for —simple, sturdy, and functional. The construction is solid, and the planner lays flat, making it easy to write in. The pages are thick and of great quality, with no bleed-through, even when using pens. It covers a generous 17 months, which is fantastic for overlapping with the next year, allowing for smooth transitions. The attention to detail is impressive, from the choice of Helvetica font to the minimalistic design that avoids unnecessary features. What I appreciate most is the simplicity. It gives you a blank grid with one unlabeled column and the rest labeled for the days of the week (M T W T F S S), and nothing more. There are no distracting inspirational quotes, reference info, or clutter — just a blank canvas for you to organize as you see fit. You can start the dates whenever you need and plan as far ahead as you like, which makes it incredibly flexible. For those who enjoy customizing their planners with bullet journaling or artistic touches, there’s plenty of space for that, too. While I don’t personally decorate mine, I can see how others would appreciate the creative freedom. There are a few minor drawbacks: you need to manually write in the dates, year, and month, which can take a little thought when handling the occasional awkward days of the year. Also, the week starts on Monday, which might feel different if you’re used to starting on Sunday — but I find it more intuitive. Overall, I’d confidently give this planner five stars — it’s exactly what I wanted and more.

Shopping for a planner can be incredibly frustrating. I don’t want an overly complicated layout, crammed with too many months, a list of every holiday from every culture, or cheesy inspirational quotes surrounded by flowery designs. When I look for something minimalist, I mean truly simple — clean, monochrome, and letting the quality of the materials stand out on their own. This planner checks all those boxes perfectly. It’s A4-sized with a clear, one-week-per-page layout that offers plenty of space for tracking my assignments, appointments, and notes. The paper is thick and smooth, making it a joy to write on, especially since there’s no bleed-through even with felt-tip pens. The softcover keeps it lightweight and easy to carry around, making it ideal for travel. One small improvement I’d suggest is replacing the “Big Monthly Planner” text on the first page (which feels unnecessary since it’s already on the cover) with a “This belongs to” section for name and contact info. However, that’s just a personal preference and doesn’t take away from the quality of the product. I’m really happy with this planner and will definitely be purchasing it again.

I absolutely love this planner! I tried uploading a video but couldn’t figure it out, so I added some photos instead. The size is perfect — it fits easily in a small backpack and is just slightly larger than a notebook. It’s thin, lightweight, and has such a simple yet adorable design that I instantly loved. It’s the perfect balance of practicality and cuteness. The cover is made from a Kraft paper-like material, which started to get damaged at the edges and bent a little. To solve this, I repurposed the plastic wrapping it came in and turned it into a protective cover, sealing the edges with some colorful washi tape. It actually turned out really cute and gives the planner a more durable finish! The paper quality is fantastic—no bleed-through at all, even when using pens with heavier ink. I’m still in the process of decorating and personalizing it, which is one of my favorite things about this planner. While it’s not as “cute” as some smaller planners that come pre-decorated, the simplicity is refreshing and leaves plenty of room for creativity. It allows me to use the space exactly how I need, and the monthly layout fits all of my daily and weekly tasks perfectly.

I’m a big fan of weekly planners, and last year was the first time I managed to use one consistently for a full year — thanks to a fantastic planner I found at a Muji store. Unfortunately, I couldn’t track down the same one this year, so I opted for this planner mainly because of its attractive cover. While I do like this planner, I’ve noticed that it doesn’t offer quite enough space for each week’s spread. The Muji planner I loved had a full two-page spread dedicated to one week, with the days divided by the hour and room for notes. This planner, however, fits two weeks into each two-page spread, which has required me to adjust the way I plan. I’m currently adapting, but I may end up using the two unlabeled spreads per week for more room once my current few months of planning are up. I also miss the vertical columns from the Muji planner, as this one uses a more horizontal layout, which can feel cramped since I tend to write pretty big. It’s just a personal preference, but the horizontal format isn’t as comfortable for me. That said, I really appreciate the thinness of this planner—it’s lightweight and versatile, and it lies flat or folds over easily while I’m working in it. The cover is a standout feature with neat holographic lettering, and the matte pink finish is perfect for doodling on with Posca pens, adding a bit of personal flair.
